APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS

A reservation fee is required to reserve your appointment.

Reservation fees apply toward your final service total.

Appointments are not confirmed until the reservation fee has been received.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Reservation fees may be transferred one time with proper notice and management approval.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life happens.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for advance notice.

This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and better serve our salon community.

LATE ARRIVALS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

A 15-minute grace period is provided.

Guests arriving after the grace period may require service modifications, rescheduling, or accommodation as a walk-in based on availability.

NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

No-show appointments will forfeit their reservation fee.

Future appointments may require additional deposits or prepayment.

VIP EARLY ACCESS & AFTER HOURS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Need a little extra flexibility?

We proudly offer VIP appointment times based on stylist availability.

Appointments up to two hours before opening or two hours after closing are available for an additional $100 convenience fee plus the scheduled service.

VIP appointments must be reserved and paid for at least 48 hours before the appointment.

HAIR PREPARATION
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Braiding services do not include shampoo or conditioning services.

All other hair services include one Basic Luxury Shampoo and one Instant Conditioning Treatment.

Additional preparation fees may apply for excessive tangling, matting, previous style removal, extension removal, excessive density, or extra length.

HAIR EXTENSIONS & WIGS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Bundles, closures, frontals, wigs, and specialty hair should be purchased at least 3–5 business days before your appointment.

This allows time for customization and preparation.
